Time to get out those walking shoes! Friday May 10 is the World Move For Health Day, and I invite you to Walk With Your Doc, wherever you live. I will be walking on May 10 from 12:15 to 12:45 at the Centennial Oval in White Rock on 16th and 146 th in front of the Centre for Active Living, and would love to have you join me and other local doctors and citizens for a little walk around the track. On other fronts, I participated in the medical conference at Sun Peaks, where I had a bit of a ski pole mishap while I was busy taking pictures and failed to unload the chairlift in a timely manner. Check out the video below to see the whole event:

And my sister Michelle took me on a vigorous cycling trip in the Santa Monica Hills in California. I am still recovering...

And of course the kids are finishing University for the summer and heading home. It will be good to see them, in person.
